We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter for a temporary opportunity in Fallbrook, CA. This role focuses on residential exterior wood repair and replacement, including replacing wood beams, completing painting work, and performing high-quality carpentry repairs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience, owns their tools and PPE, has reliable transportation, and is comfortable working on ladders and in physically demanding environments.
Please note: Candidates must meet the listed qualifications, have their own carpentry tools and PPE, and have reliable transportation to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential exterior wood repair and replacement.
- Replace wood beams and complete related carpentry work.
- Complete painting as part of repair and finishing projects.
- Safely work on ladders while following proper safety practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using your own carpentry tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
- Experience with exterior wood repair, wood replacement, and painting.
- Own carpentry tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights.
- Professional work attire required.
