About the Role:
Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Bakersfield County. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential in-home care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Accurately document and report any changes in client's condition to the care team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (Must have at least 6 months experience working with elderly)
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- obtain or willing to obtain a registered HCA (Home Care Aide)
- Valid and Positive TB Skin Test
