We’re hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators for a top-tier manufacturing facility in San Marcos! (zip code - 92078) This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent growth potential. Don't miss your chance to be part of a thriving team!
Pay: 3rd Shift - $20.13/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM, Sun-Thurs)
What You’ll Do:
- Operate cutting-edge machinery to meet production goals
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure top-quality products
- Drive continuous quality improvements by participating in real-time analysis
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly
- Communicate with the Maintenance team to resolve any issues fast
- Collect and enter data into Excel and JD Edwards throughout your shift
- Keep your workspace spotless and safe, while being on the lookout for potential machine issues
Key Highlights:
- Experience working with machinery preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse environment required
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Reliability is important, strong attendance required
