Job DescriptionAre you passionate about baking and creating delicious, handcrafted breads? Our bakery is looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our team. In this role, you will mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.&nbsp; This is an overnight baking position (10:00 pm to 6:30 am).&nbsp; $500 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day Introductory Period. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Prepare doughs and bake breads according to established recipes and schedules.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Monitor ovens and adjust baking processes as needed for consistent results.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to develop new bread varieties.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li>
<li>Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.</li>
