Currently, we have a Bank Branch Manager job opportunity with our client-Bank, a community-focused financial institution providing personalized banking, commercial lending, and treasury management solutions to businesses and consumers throughout California. Known for its relationship-based approach and local decision-making and helping clients achieve their financial goals with responsive service and customized financial solutions.
The Bank Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Overseeing the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and safety.
- Hiring, training, developing, and coaching staff, as well as managing employee performance.
- Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building efforts to drive branch growth.
- Monitoring branch trends and ensuring overall branch profitability.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-centric environment.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of 7 years of overall branch banking experience, with at least 5 years in a branch management role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Proven track record of sales success and documented branch growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in team building, employee development, and customer service excellence.
- Active involvement in local business and community organizations (e.g., Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
Pay Rate Range : $78,880 - $101,200 salary, plus commission
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
