The Sprayer/Painter plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality finishes across various indoor and outdoor projects. Working as part of a Painting Crew and reporting to the Painting Supervisor, this role requires brush and roll. use of standard spray guns. The position involves working in diverse environments including industrial and residential settings, requiring attention to safety and detail throughout the painting process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas prior to painting
- Apply paint using manual brush, roll techniques, and spray guns to achieve smooth finishes
- Clean and maintain painting equipment to ensure proper function and longevity
- Follow safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations during all phases of painting
- Mask and cover surrounding areas to protect from overspray and maintain site cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in painting and spraying
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a crew
