Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 16 - 20 hours per week | 4 days per week (Morning, Mid, and Swing shifts available)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Entry-Level Metal Fabricator for a growing HVAC sheet metal fabrication company in Natomas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the skilled trades while working a flexible part-time schedule.
This position is ideal for college students, trade school students, or individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and metal fabrication. No previous sheet metal experience is required-we're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow into future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the fabrication of HVAC sheet metal products
- Operate hand tools and basic fabrication equipment under supervision
- Measure, mark, cut, and assemble sheet metal components
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support experienced fabricators with daily production tasks
- Learn fabrication processes and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or another skilled trade is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
