Hybrid (4 days in the office - 1 day remote), Full-Time
SUMMARY: This role supports the Installation Team and Operations Coordinator with managing installation projects, scheduling, communications, invoicing, staying on task with deadlines, and other administrative tasks related to running the installation department.
Primary duties include but not limited to
Support installation team project managers and operations coordinator
Project coordination and project scheduling
Good rapport and communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team
Project Invoicing - progress billing, SOV, waivers, final close out billing
Monitor and manage installation projects through the workflow
Facilitate install coordination meetings, project review meetings, and follow-up on action items
Organization and strong attention to detail is a must
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities without getting overwhelmed
Experience with prevailing wage documentation a plus
Other administrative tasks, as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in construction or construction related environments such as: Construction; Electrical; Low Voltage/Security Systems; HVAC; Telecommunications; Other project-based industry is a must
- Intermediate Excel or greater
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills- able to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
