Shipper – Compounding Pharmacy
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Elite Search Associates is partnering with an established compounding pharmacy in Salinas, California to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, full-time Monday–Friday position within a professional pharmacy environment.
You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation, ensuring patient orders and medications are carefully packaged, processed and shipped accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and package outgoing pharmacy orders for shipment
- Ensure orders are packed securely, accurately and correctly labelled
- Process shipping labels and tracking information
- Verify shipping details and documentation before dispatch
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers
- Maintain accurate shipping records
- Monitor and organize shipping and packaging supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and pharmacy protocols

- Able to follow processes accurately and consistently
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable standing, moving and handling packages throughout the working day
- Previous experience within shipping, fulfilment, warehouse, pharmacy or a similar environment would be beneficial.
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 per hour

- Monday–Friday
- Working hours fall between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
