Location: Pasadena, CA. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a flexible blend of in-office collaboration and remote work while remaining connected to our Pasadena-based team.
Note: Candidates must be active members of the California Bar in good standing and have 5+ years of relevant experience in litigation, real estate, corporate, or community association law. Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and independent matter-management skills are essential.

Job Description
- Manage a caseload involving real estate and community association litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
- Handle depositions and help drive matters strategically toward resolution or trial.
- Serve as general counsel to community association clients on real estate and common interest development matters.
- Assist clients with general real estate transactions and related legal issues.
- Work directly with clients as both an advocate and trusted legal advisor.
- Independently manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with an experienced legal team while taking meaningful ownership of your cases.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of relevant litigation, real estate, corporate, or community association law experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Experience independently managing matters and competing deadlines.
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Community association or HOA law experience is especially valuable but not required.
