Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Hold or eligible for SLP licensure in California
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience working with pediatrics and/or in educational settings highly desired
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to school-aged children
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of communication goals for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
  • Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents to reinforce therapy goals
