Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or eligible for SLP licensure in California
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience working with pediatrics and/or in educational settings highly desired
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to school-aged children
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of communication goals for students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents to reinforce therapy goals
