A high-activity, outbound commercial lines producer responsible for seeking and closing mid-market commercial insurance accounts.
We aren't a traditional agency that hands you a yellow page directory and tells you to "figure it out." We operate a modern, system-driven agency modeled after proven growth systems. We provide clear pipelines, structured sales processes, and the back-office account management support you need so you can spend 80% of your time doing what brings in revenue: closing deals.
Responsibilities
Proactive Prospecting: Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (cold calls, personalized video, email, and social touchpoints) targeting mid-market commercial accounts within specific niche industries.
Risk Assessment Advisory: Conduct thorough coverage gap analyses for business owners, uncovering exposures their current brokers missed.
Close New Business: Present competitive coverage proposals and win new commercial accounts using value-based selling—never competing purely on price.
Pipeline Management: Maintain structured tracking in our CRM to ensure no lead or renewal opportunity slips through the cracks.
Partner with Account Managers: Focus on hunting while turning over day-to-day service work to dedicated service staff once the account is bound.
Requirements
A Driven Hunter: You have a dominant sales mindset. You view cold calls and outreach as opportunities, not chores.
Licensed Professional: Active Property Casualty (PC) license required.
Commercial Knowledge: Minimum [1-3] years of experience selling or servicing commercial lines (General Liability, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, Cyber).
System-Oriented: Comfortable following a structured sales framework, utilizing modern sales tools, and tracking data in a CRM.
Coachable Relentless: You welcome feedback, continually sharpen your sales skills, and possess a high level of persistence.
