ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
We are seeking a Back Office Medial Assistant&nbsp;to support our busy clinical office&nbsp;in Lakewood, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $23-25/hr
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Take and record vitals</li>
<li>Prep and escort patients to exam rooms</li>
<li>Review and document medical history</li>
<li>Collect and label specimens for testing</li>
<li>Administer injections, perform blood draws and EKGs</li>
<li>Assist the provider with patient care</li>
<li>Maintain patient confidentiality</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience working as an MA</li>
<li>Cardiology experience preferred</li>
<li>MA Certified</li>
<li>CPR Certified</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment</li>
