Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Order Selector & Truck Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team in West Sacramento. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing shipments, and safely loading and unloading trucks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately select and pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks
Organize and stage products for shipment or storage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order selecting, warehouse operations, or truck loading/unloading required
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. regularly and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay: $20 an hour

Location: West Sacramento

Shift: Monday - Friday

Must be able to pass a 7 year Felony/Misdemeanor background check.
