- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in a commercial, wholesale, or artisan high-volume bakery.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of bakers' math, dough fermentation, pre-ferments, and commercial baking mechanics.
- Certifications: Current Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe Certification (or completion within a designated grace period).
- Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments, multitask under strict deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; culinary or technical baking degree preferred.
