Position: Senior Construction Superintendent
Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: Full-time & direct hire
Responsibilities:
Multi-Family and Mid/High Rise Ground-Up Experience Required.
- Teamwork: The combination of trust, communication & collaboration.
- We’re starting a 300-unit high-rise in March.
- You would run it from dirt to CO.
- Full authority. Direct CEO visibility.
- $350K+ realistic comp with schedule performance.
- 10+ years’ experience
- 5+ years leading and managing an erection team
