Freight Forwarding & eCommerce Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery
Oversee ocean freight operations, including both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments
Coordinate domestic transportation, including rail, LTL (Less Than Truckload), and OTR (Over-the-Road) shipments
Handle end-to-end logistics for eCommerce operations, including B2C shipping, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery coordination
Collaborate with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and provide updates to clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all shipments

Qualifications:

Proven experience in freight forwarding (air and ocean required)
Strong understanding of FCL/LCL, air import/export, and domestic transportation (rail, LTL, OTR)
Experience in eCommerce logistics and fulfillment operations (B2C shipping, warehouse coordination, last-mile delivery)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read and write required)
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
