Serve as a key pharmacist in a dynamic outpatient hospital setting within a respected county health system renowned for its ambulatory care clinics and hospitals. Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications and providing expert clinical guidance in an outpatient pharmacy setting
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

- Participating in competency assessments to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a pharmacist with experience in hospital outpatient or inpatient pharmacy settings
- PGY1 residency completion or approximately two years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts primarily during first and second shifts, with some third shift availability
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to professional development

- Glendale, CA (with patient care based in Sylmar, CA outpatient clinics)
This opportunity is offered on a contract basis with the goal of permanent placement.
