GRID Exhibition Services Inc. is a full-service trade show and exhibition company based in Brea, California. We specialize in custom booth design, fabrication, installation, and on-site project management for trade shows and exhibitions throughout the United States.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team.
\n
The Project Manager will oversee exhibition projects from the initial design stage through fabrication, shipping, on-site installation, and final completion. This position requires strong communication and coordination with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and installation crews.
Responsibilities\n

- Manage trade show and exhibition projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, schedules, and updates
- Review 2D/3D designs, technical drawings, and production details
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and installation crews
- Manage fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantle schedules
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and quality
- Assist with design revisions and project development as needed
- Manage and supervise on-site trade show installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with 3D design software
- Ability to understand and review 2D/3D designs and technical drawings
- Previous experience in the trade show, exhibition, event, interior, or related industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Fluent Korean and English communication skills are required
- Must be able to communicate professionally in Korean with clients and business partners by phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule: Full-Time / Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, and travel requirements depending on trade show schedules
