Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Inspect equipment to identify wear, failures, and potential maintenance issues.
- Support equipment installation, repair, adjustment, and maintenance.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore machinery to proper operating condition.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience
- Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Mechanic experience.
- Hands-on experience with industrial/manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, safety, and troubleshooting skills.
Ideal Background
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, machinery, or production environments is preferred.
