A Baskin-Robbins Crew or Team Member serves ice cream and treats, operates cash registers, maintains store cleanliness, and follows food safety rules. Entry-level jobs require a friendly attitude, the ability tO stand for long periods of time.
Main Duties
- Serve Guests: Scoop ice cream, make sundaes, and prepare drinks or specialty cakes.
- Handle Cash: Take customer orders and operate the cash register or POS system.
- Keep Clean: Clean equipment, tables, counters, and work areas.
- Stock Inventory: Restock supplies, toppings, and products in storage and refrigerators.
Job Requirements
- Age: Usually at least 16 years old.
- Skills: Good communication and basic math for counting money.
- Physical: Stand for long shifts and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
- Experience: No prior experience needed; training is provided.
