Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Ontario office. The ideal candidate will have experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
<ul>
<li>Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings</li>
<li>Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting</li>
<li>Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
 
<ul>
<li>Must be licensed to practice law in California (additional state licensure is a plus)</li>
<li>3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)</li>
<li>Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings (Required)</li>
</ul>
