Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our permanent team in Carmichael, California.
This position offers a dependable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, making it an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value consistency and work-life balance without sacrificing the opportunity to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and independence

Track patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary team

Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies for maintaining progress

Promote safety and functional independence throughout the rehabilitation process

Follow professional, regulatory, and facility standards of care
Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
