Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Job DescriptionRancho Park Compounding Pharmacy has an immediate opening for a compounding Pharmacy Technician. We are looking for a bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who likes to learn and grow in the field of compounding.

*************************************************************************Compounding experience is not required. All training will be provided.

Ideal candidates have a California technician License in good standing, have at least one year of experience as a Pharmacy technician in a retail or compounding setting.

Responsibilities include but NOT limited to the following:

• Preparing compounded medication under the supervision of a compounding pharmacist
• Maintaining the environmental monitoring and a cleanroom space.
• Packaging and labeling medications
• Ability to follow the standard operating procedures and USP standards provided by the mentors during the training period

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depends on experience
