Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Prior experience in a school setting is essential
- Solid understanding of K-12 student needs and services
- Ability to adapt to multiple sites and support various caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students as part of an educational team
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP goals for each student
- Travel between multiple school sites (all onsite)
- Maintain organized documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student success
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
