Fast-growing local referral agency is hiring experienced, reliable independent contractor cleaners (1099) for residential, move-in/move out turns across Orange County and sometimes the Inland Empire and LA.

What We Need:
Experience: At least 3 years of residential and move in/out cleaning.
Insurance & Supplies: **We only hire people who have General Liability Insurance.** It's cheap and easy to get. We can assist with getting a quote if you want to get it. Must provide your own cleaning supplies/equipment.
Communication: Speak fluent English, respond quickly to texts/calls, show up early or on time, and upload before/after photos for every job.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and authorized to work in the U.S.
What We Offer:
Per-Job Pay: Depends on property size and clean type. Comes out to be approx $30-$45/hr.
Flexibility: Work when you want—accept only the jobs that work for you.
