- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible) — work 36 hours, paid for 40

Job Summary
\n
Hypertech USA is looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components to spec, keeping production moving while making sure every part meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Machine Operation
\n
- \n
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery (mills, lathes) for production runs
- Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain part quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed
\n

\n
Quality & Inspection
\n
- \n
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Ensure all parts meet dimensional and visual standards
\n
\n
\n
\n
Maintenance & Documentation
\n
- \n
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Accurately complete work orders, inspection records, and production reports
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
\n

\n
\n
Team Collaboration
\n
- \n
- Communicate with team members and supervisors on production status
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Support other departments/production areas as needed
\n
\n
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools
- Good math and mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail; able to work independently
