Job DescriptionAbout the Role:JSR Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Fairfield, CA! Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities and supplies
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management
- Manage housekeeping cart and inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
