Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced, producing real estate agents who are confident managing transactions, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into closed deals.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active California Real Estate License
- Has prior residential real estate transaction and closing experience
- Has a proven ability to work with buyers and sellers independently
- Is comfortable following up with leads and converting prospects into clients
- Is self-motivated, professional, and committed to growing their business
- Values collaboration, communication, and a supportive team environment
This opportunity is best suited for agents with previous transaction experience who are ready to increase their production, rather than individuals just entering the industry.
