Compensation Package
- Average Earnings: $2,060 to $2,360 weekly gross per driver
- CPM Rate: $0.76 – $0.86 CPM split
- Incentive: $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Mileage Floor: 5,200 guaranteed weekly truck miles

- Lanes: Dedicated routes for steady, reliable transit times

Our Teammate Matching System Solo drivers can easily transition into high-paying team lanes:
- Complete orientation and enter our driver-matching network.
- Get paired during daily matching sessions based on your home base, route preferences, and shift schedules.
- Drive together on a trial basis—you retain full control over finalizing your permanent partnership.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- At least 3 months of Class A driving experience required
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug/background checks
