Broker Associate Opportunity

We are looking for a Broker Associate who wants to continue growing a real estate business while expanding leadership capacity within a high performing Keller Williams office. The focus is on collaboration, productivity, and long term professional growth while earning rewarding commissions and continuing to build momentum.
You will focus on increasing your own production while learning to contribute at a higher level within the office. You will gain exposure to leadership development, strengthen communication, and become more involved in the overall growth and performance of the team environment.
You will learn to share proven business systems, support agent development, and operate within a culture built on accountability and measurable results. As you continue building your real estate business, you will also learn to guide agents, support office initiatives, and develop a stronger leadership presence.
You will build meaningful relationships within the office and continue expanding your presence in both production and leadership within real estate.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach agents on business growth and goal achievement
- Contribute to office culture and collaboration
- Lead small group or one-on-one coaching sessions
- Support new agents with systems, models, and accountability
- Maintain personal production while expanding leadership impact
- Help identify and attract potential agents for the office
- Implement strategies that drive consistency and team results
- Participate in office meetings, training, and leadership events
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
- Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
- Active real estate license with a history of production
- Passion for leadership, training, and personal development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to inspire and hold others accountable
- Coachable and eager to grow into higher leadership roles
- Organized and consistent in follow-up and business planning
