Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Pay: $1,816 – $2,041/week
Schedule

Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

36-hour guarantee (3x12s)

Option to pick up additional shifts based on census

Rotating weekends

Set schedules + open shift pickup availability
Position Summary & Responsibilities
-
Provide Med/Surg nursing care using nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate)

Manage patient assignments (MS/Swing 1:5, Tele 1:4)

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and supervise support staff

Administer medications/treatments and monitor patient outcomes
-
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient flow (including ED holds as needed)

Educate patients/families and ensure safe, compliant care delivery
Requirements

Education & Experience:

BSN – Preferred
-
Acute care experience – Preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

Active California RN License – Required

BLS – Required
-
ACLS – Required
