As our Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring materials flow in, get put away correctly, and are always ready when teams need them.
A day in the life
- Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic audits to keep inventory records precise and reliable.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments at the dock—inspect, document, and reconcile items against packing lists.
- Stage, label, and store products in designated locations to optimize space and fast retrieval.
- Compile inventory data into clear reports and highlight trends, gaps, or reorder needs.
- Partner with operations, purchasing, and production to resolve discrepancies and fulfill internal requests.
- Track on-hand levels and support replenishment by initiating or assisting with reorders.
- Champion inventory management procedures and best practices to drive consistency and accuracy.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in an inventory, stock, or materials role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Comfort using inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter who collaborates well and moves quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear, professional communication—written and verbal.
- Ability to safely lift and move items as required.
