What will you tackle each day?
- Transport, stage, and stack product with a sit-down forklift—safely and efficiently.
- Load outbound trailers and unload inbound freight with exact counts and careful handling.
- Perform routine checks and light maintenance to ensure your equipment is ready to roll.
- Keep aisles and workstations clean and hazard-free.
- Record product movements to support accurate inventory.
- Coordinate with your team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues right away.
Do you have what it takes?
- Valid forklift certification and proven sit-down forklift experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Detail-focused with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and working on your feet in a fast-paced setting.
- Track record of meeting performance metrics/KPIs.
- Excellent communicator and reliable team player.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial.
- Open to overtime when needed.
