Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain comprehensive medical records for all client cases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical documents and billing information promptly.
- Review and verify the completeness of medical records, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist attorneys by preparing detailed summaries of medical records for case evaluations and court proceedings.
- Ensure all medical records are filed and stored in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding medical records, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the medical records retrieval process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in documentation handling.
Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing and maintaining comprehensive medical records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical documents and billing information promptly.
