Responsibilities &amp; Duties:

<li>Identify and onboard premium publishers within your assigned region</li>
<li>Build relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers</li>
<li>Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations</li>
<li>Educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities</li>
<li>Work closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches</li>
<li>Manage onboarding timelines and partner communication throughout the integration process</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking</li>
<li>Grow long-term publisher relationships focused on revenue performance and retention</li>
<li>Represent the company within your regional programmatic ecosystem</li>
