Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive sales training programs that empower our sales force to excel. You will be responsible for training new hires and measuring learning effectiveness to maximize the impact of training programs. You will play a key role in onboarding new employees, enhancing ongoing professional development, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent management strategies and elevate organizational success through innovative training solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel using established training material.
· Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
· Measure the performance of trainees after training.
· Monitor the performance of new sales personnel.
· Maintain and update records of training material.
· Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Ability to effectively teach sales training programs.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
· Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
· Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
· Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
