Job Description
PayCruit is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a food manufacturing and warehouse facility in Fresno, CA. Candidates must have previous experience operating a double fork forklift and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate double fork forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
- Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper product handling.
- Move and organize pallets in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous double fork forklift operating experience required.
- Prior forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in food manufacturing or food processing preferred.
- Ability to safely maneuver forklifts in busy warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation
