Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented sales support professional who enjoys managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, supporting sales operations, and helping customers move smoothly through the sales and service process. Must be bilingual Mandarin.
The Inside Sales Representative will support regional territories and key accounts while working closely with customers, sales leadership, factories, and internal teams. This position offers stability, bonus opportunity, and the chance to grow within a collaborative environment that values accuracy, responsive customer service, teamwork, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer account setup, documentation, compliance requirements, credit screenings, and ongoing account support.
- Maintain CRM activity, including customer opportunities, quote requests, sample requests, and ship-and-debit requests.
- Process purchase orders, coordinate production and shipment schedules, track order status, and manage backlog and delivery requirements.
- Monitor finished goods and material inventory, identify potential risks, and coordinate with sales management on inventory concerns.
- Support payment follow-up, RMA processing, failure analysis tracking, customer responses, and approved credit memo coordination.
- Prepare sales reports, support account-specific reporting, and assist with monthly demand forecasting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $60,000 annually.
- Bonus opportunity.
- Location: Chino, CA.
