Job Description

RN Home Health - San Diego,. CA - Local or Traveler

13 weeks

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call and after hours, as operationally needed and Holiday PTO coverage
Contractor should be aware of the need to cover all of San Diego County, as indicated by patient and operational needs.
Contractor should be aware to submit all mileage within the HCHB visit for each patient and office visit.
Contractor should be aware to submit the appropriate NVA codes to support activities that are not directly related to or completed within a patient visit

Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
