Exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support students at the elementary and middle school levels! This contract role begins November 2 and continues through February 29, offering a meaningful short-term experience in a dynamic educational environment.

You will be providing services to students in transitional kindergarten through 8th grade across two campuses. With a manageable caseload of 44 learners, you’ll have the chance to create a positive impact, helping students develop crucial communication skills and supporting their academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC credential
  • California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
  • Experience supporting school-aged children, particularly ages TK-8
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students on your assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings across two school sites
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing student needs
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date progress notes and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Participate in school-based multidisciplinary teams and consult with staff as needed
