Job Description

The Machine Operator will handle various types of machinery including CNC machines, packaging equipment, assembly line machines, and injection molding machines. Working within medium to large teams, this role entails setting up machines, monitoring operations, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring safety compliance. The operator is also responsible for troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, documentation, and production reporting. Shift work and overtime are rare, with a focus on routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Set up machinery for production runs

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in machine operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
