You’ll support a welcoming school community, working on-site and making a positive impact through engaging speech-language pathology services. Multiple caseloads are available, and assignment preference will play a key role in placement. Full-time schedules are ideal, but part-time availability will also be considered for the right candidates.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure (or eligible to obtain) as an SLP
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to in-person, on-site services only for the duration of the assignment
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across elementary, middle, or high school levels (caseload preference considered)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Provide support and education to staff to help integrate speech strategies
- Maintain accurate records in line with district and legal requirements
