Schedule: 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm 3rd Shift: 9pm-6:30am (40 hours per week)

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Quality Inspectors for ongoing contract assignments at a Fremont warehouse in Fremont, CA. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, validating, and documenting parts and materials to ensure compliance with customer standards. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. - Inspect and validate parts according to customer specifications and work instructions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and rework
- Identify and report any defects, nonconformities, or process issues
- Perform rework, repackaging, and labeling as required
- Support daily coordination and investigation of rejected materials
- Communicate inspection results to the supervisor and team
- Follow established SQDCM and 5S policies to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals while following all safety standards

- Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual or dimensional defects
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand for long periods (8–12 hours per shift)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required
