Assembly Workers / Machine Operators – Medical Device Manufacturing
Pay: $19.25 – $22.83 per Hour, Depending on Shift and Experience
Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: First Shift and Second Shift, Full-Time, Long Term
About the Role
We are looking for motivated Assembly Workers / Machine Operators to join our growing medical device manufacturing team in Temecula, CA. You’ll use your assembly and manufacturing skills to help produce high-quality medical products in a cleanroom, controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble cardiovascular medical devices following detailed instructions
- Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, razor blades, soldering, and adhesives
- Perform final packaging and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Inspect parts for quality and completeness
- Conduct minor repairs and testing of devices or components
- Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Requirements
- Assembly or manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
