We are seeking seasoned home health occupational therapists or those interested in transitioning from outpatient or skilled nursing facilities. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Skilled OT Care: Conduct in-home evaluations to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety concerns.
• Design Adaptive Strategies: Develop tailored treatment plans that emphasize energy conservation, the use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily activities.
• Manage Your Schedule: Organize and perform patient home visits according to your preferred caseload and availability.
• Collaborate for Comprehensive Care: Partner with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Recent physical and TB test (within the last year)
• Professional liability insurance and business license (if applicable)

As a clinician, you will serve the vibrant and culturally rich areas of Los Angeles, from the trendy neighborhoods of Hollywood and Silverlake to the historically significant Eastside. This position offers geographic flexibility, enabling you to focus on your preferred neighborhoods or even explore nearby areas that align with your lifestyle.

We are looking for coverage in areas including Echo Park, Hollywood, Los Angeles, Silverlake, West Hollywood, Belvedere Gardens, Wyvernwood, Lincoln Heights, Omaha Heights, Pico Gardens, and Hazard.
