Warehouse Lead Position
A Warehouse Lead in San bernardino , CA is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and optimizing efficiency in shipping,
receiving, and inventory processes Clearfield.
Key Responsibilities Clearfield
- Operational Oversight: Direct daily warehouse activities including receipt, routing, stocking, packaging, and shipment of orders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety protocols, and ISO standards.
- Logistics & Traffic Functions: Select optimal shipping methods/carriers, process documentation (bills of lading, invoices), and audit freight bills.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, report losses or damage, and maintain organized warehouse space.
- Support & Coordination: Maintain shipping supplies, manage computer records, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
