Job Description
The Quality Associate helps ensure products meet internal and customer requirements. This role provides training in quality systems, inspection methods, and problem solving within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Perform basic inspections on materials, components, and finished goods.
\n
• Document quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
\n
• Assist with root cause analysis and problem solving for quality issues.
\n
• Support internal audits and compliance with ISO or customer standards.
\n
• Maintain quality records and reporting logs.
\n
• Collaborate with production teams to reinforce quality expectations.
\n
• Participate in scrap reduction and defect prevention initiatives.
\n
Qualifications:
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; technical majors welcome but not required.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Ability to learn quality systems and interpret basic specifications.
\n
• Comfortable working in a plant environment.
\n
