Multiple opportunities are available, including full-time, part-time, and substitute positions, with flexible schedules ranging from short-term sub coverage to ongoing weekly assignments, up to 32 hours per week.
In this position, you’ll work directly with students in a variety of settings. Your day may include providing essential 1:1 health support for a student, accompanying them on the bus to and from school, or handling a variety of routine healthcare duties throughout the campus. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid, current LVN certificate is required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing environments is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Willingness and ability to commute to the specified area
- Reliability and adaptability for diverse daily assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily health services and manage minor injuries, medication administration, and routine care for students
- Provide 1:1 healthcare assistance and support, including on bus rides if needed
- Work closely with teachers, school personnel, and parents to ensure optimal student wellness
- Document and communicate care provided according to school standards
