We are looking for an experienced or highly trainable Optician / Optical Sales Associate who is excited to grow with us, multitask, and play a key role in building the foundation for our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Optical Sales & Styling: Recommend, fit, adjust, and dispense premium optical frames, specialized lens options, and contact lenses matched to each patient's lifestyle.
- Lab Work: Perform in-house lens edging and finishing using our optical lab equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain thorough knowledge of our frame and lens inventory to guide patient selections seamlessly.
- Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet patients warmly, and ensure an outstanding end-to-end patient experience.
- Insurance Verification: Verify and interpret benefits across a wide range of vision and medical insurance plans.
- Practice Growth: Participate in practice promotion, office efficiency initiatives, and team collaboration.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Experience in the optical field is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right energy, aptitude, and attitude.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with major vision plans (VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, Davis Vision, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Experience edging lenses in-house or a strong willingness to learn.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, and a high level of enthusiasm for practice growth.
